Is online training for you? Online training is a very
convenient way to learn and gain new knowledge. Other than using a computer web
browser, it requires no additional skills than those used in traditional
classroom or self-study courses or environments.
Why should I study

effective way to learn. There's no need to travel to a classroom site or to
need access to an instructor. Train at your own pace, when it is convenient for

Do workforce members have access to

How do I take the HIPAA test? Simple. Whenever you are
ready, just go to the testing area and enter your subscriber information. Each
time you take the test, your test results are displayed online and also
e-mailed to your e-mail address for your records or for sending to your
organization's Privacy Officer.
How does the testing work? A
series of 20 questions are randomly provided. They consist of "true &

explanations to all wrong answers are provided while the topic is fresh in your
mind. If you answer 18 or more correctly, you are offered a "Certificate of
Achievement" which you may print out. You may also print out your test results
whether you pass or fail. You may take the test again and again - as often as
necessary - until you pass. Test results (good or bad - pass or fail) are also
e-mailed to you, and can be used as you wish. They can be deleted or destroyed,
or they can forwarded to your Privacy Officer, if required, for record keeping
- another HIPAA requirement!
