How Does Our Password System Work?
We do not have a formal LOGIN area. You will be asked for your Username and Password whenever you access Subscriber's information. You will be asked only once per browser session. After you first enter your Username and Password, our system will recognize who you are and you will be allowed to browse all over the web site without being asked again. When you close your browser (for example, when you go home at night and turn off your computer) the system knows you have left. You will asked again the next time you visit the web site.

Depending upon your web browser, you may be able to configure your settings to remember your Username and Password each time you visit. This will save you the inconvenience of having to enter (type in) your Username and Password each time you visit us. Consult your browser instructions for details.
Frequently Asked Questions
My Username and Password Doesn't Work. Pages don't open up when I click on them. Why? What can I do about it?
This could be for one of several reasons.

1) You are not entering the correct Username and Password. You may be typing in the wrong information.

2) Username and Passwords are caSe SenSitiVe. If you created a Username or Password with any upper case letters (CAPITAL LETTERS), you must enter them as such when asked for your Username and Password.

3) Many browsers "remember" previously entered Usernames and Passwords. That means that when the window pops up asking you for your Username and Password, there is automatically some word already in the boxes. Unfortunately, it does not always remember the correct Username or Password every time. Make sure that the Username box and the Password box have the correct Username and Password by overwriting any words that automatically appear.

4) Many browsers have a tendency to "act up" after extended use and for many other reasons, too. If you should encounter a situation where web pages or materials don't open up or just seem to disappear, or things are acting squirrelly, there is a strong likelihood that your browser and or computer need to be re-started. We suggest you close out of all your programs and browsers, and then shut down and re-start (re-boot) your computer. In most cases where squirrelly symptoms occur, a simple re-booting of your computer will solve the problem.
