CAL HIPAA is committed to
providing its customers with clear and accurate information about its privacy
policies safeguarding consumer privacy on our Web site. We operate under a

CAL HIPAA obtains about individual visitors is information supplied voluntarily
by visitors who register to become users of the site. ·
In cases when CAL HIPAA may need personal information to provide users with
services tailored especially for them, or to inform them about new features or
services, users are asked explicitly for that information. ·
No personally identifiable information provided by web site users will be
sold to third parties unless the user specifically authorizes CAL HIPAA to do
or CAL HIPAA is sold to a third party. · Only
statistical information related to our users as a group (occupation,
demographics for example) may be shared with any partner of CAL HIPAA.

strict security measures to safeguard online transactions. All financial

newsletter issues featuring special offers. Such issues will generally feature
a HIPAA seminar or a product or service that we believe will be of interest to
our subscribers. Instructions for unsubscribing from these issues will be
included with each mailing. You may decline from receiving these special
mailings and still continue to receive our regular issues.
Polling
Occassionally CAL HIPAA offers interactive polls to users so they can easily
share their opinions with other users and see what our audience thinks about
important issues. CAL HIPAA uses a system to "tag" users after they have voted,
so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag is not correlated
with information about individual users.
Surveys
Occasionally, CAL HIPAA conducts user surveys to better serve our users. We
sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with
our partners. We never share any survey information about specific individuals
with any third party.

that are temporarily stored in a user's computer's memory and which are
normally deleted from a user's computer when the user logs off the computer or
