Dr. #1 is treating Patient Smith. Patient Smith goes into the hospital and has a test performed by Dr. #2. Dr. #1 is a member of the ASP. Dr. #2 is not. Can the hospital send the test result performed by Dr. #2 to the ASP, to be included in Dr. #1's information about Patient Smith?
