HIPAA Awareness Test For Health Care Providers This is a demonstration of our HIPAA test for health care providers and all others requiring HIPAA training or just interested in testing their knowledge of HIPAA. Our actual tests consist of a series of 20 questions randomly selected from our database of hundreds of questions. For this demonstration, there are only 20 questions in the database. If you wish to retake it you will be asked the same 20 questions. If you score at least 18 correct answers, you will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement which you may print out for your records. If you score less than 18 correct answers you will not be awarded the Certificate of Achievement.
